Each outlet has one payment method locked at registration. If it is online-only, the app opens SlotKaro's secure Cashfree checkout. If it is cash-only, pay cash directly at the venue after the service.

Salon, Beauty, Spa and Wellness businesses can offer a service menu and time slots. Clinics can offer consultation slots and, where listed, doctors or departments. Diagnostic Centres can offer available tests or service slots. Dining businesses can offer reservations and any applicable final-bill or discount flow shown for that outlet.

Your request goes to the business, which confirms it based on availability. You'll be notified once it's confirmed. For some bookings you'll also receive an OTP to show at the counter.

Yes, you can cancel from your dashboard before the appointment time. Please avoid repeated cancellations or no-shows, as these may lead to restrictions on your account.

Yes. We only collect your mobile number and booking details to run the service, we never sell your data, and we follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Register as a partner and choose the exact business type: Salon, Beauty, Spa, Wellness, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre or Dining. Complete the required business details and verification steps. Your listing goes live after admin approval.

Where CaseDocker KYC is enabled, choose whether verification is as an Individual or a Firm; CaseDocker then shows the relevant hosted checks and document fields. SlotKaro separately requests a business document only where required: Salon/Spa Shop & Establishment or Trade Licence, Clinic medical registration, Diagnostic AERB licence, or a Bar/Excise licence for Dining outlets that serve alcohol.

Yes. From the Partner app you can manage available services, tests, doctors or departments where applicable, staff, working hours, slot length and booking requests for your business type.
