What is SlotKaro?
SlotKaro is an appointment booking platform for salons, spas, clinics and restaurants across India. Book your slot in advance, skip the queue, and walk in without waiting.
Which cities is SlotKaro available in?
We're live across India and adding new cities all the time — search your area to find studios near you.
How do I book an appointment?
Browse salons, spas or clinics, pick the one you like, choose your service (for salon and spa) or simply a time slot (for clinic), select your date and time, and confirm. You'll log in with your mobile number using an OTP.
Do I need to pay online to book?
No — booking is free, and you pay for the service directly at the salon, spa or clinic by cash, UPI or card. SlotKaro does not collect any payment online.
How do I log in? Do I need a password?
No password needed. Just enter your mobile number and we'll send a one-time password (OTP) to verify it. Quick and secure.
What's the difference between booking a salon/spa and a clinic?
For salons and spas, you choose the service(s) you want along with a time slot. For clinics it's slot-only — you pick an available time slot, choose a doctor or department if listed, and can add a short reason for your visit. No service list or price.
Will my booking be confirmed instantly?
Your request goes to the business, which confirms it based on availability. You'll be notified once it's confirmed. For some bookings you'll also receive an OTP to show at the counter.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel from your dashboard before the appointment time. Please avoid repeated cancellations or no-shows, as these may lead to restrictions on your account.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We only collect your mobile number and booking details to run the service, we never sell your data, and we follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
For partners (salons, spas & clinics)
How do I list my business on SlotKaro?
Register as a partner, choose your business type — Salon, Spa or Clinic — and fill in your details. Your listing goes live after a quick admin verification.
Can I manage my services, staff and time slots?
Yes. From your partner dashboard you can set your services (or doctors/departments for clinics), working hours, slot length and available time slots, and manage every booking request.
How much does it cost to join as a partner?
You can get started and begin accepting bookings. Any future fees or plans will always be communicated to you clearly in advance. For details, write to us at support@slotkaro.com.
